Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a very gentle form of exercise that uses the whole body and helps the mind to focus. It is slow as well as gentle and therefore suitable for almost everybody, improving posture, flexibility, breathing and general stamina. Ann Lee will be demonstrating Tai Chi exercises in the Sculpture Garden, and delivering a taster session to introduce you to this ancient form of therapy.
